Progressive scrolling speed when moving REs in favourite lists

When adding a new RE / VST into a favourites list and then re-ordering it (for example, moving to the top of the list), there is only one scrolling speed: SLOW.

It's very handy to be able to reorder plugins but it takes ages.

It would be great to have variable scrolling speeds depending on how far up (or down) you drag the icon. Plenty of other software works like this, such as Microsoft Word.
