Clip launch via Kong?

If Kong had a mode where we could use pads as a toggle to enable/disable continuous play of Nurse Rex loops, and if we could have a per-pad way to enable a trigger "wait state" for timing boundaries anywhere from 1/16 notes to 8 bars or more, we would have basic, no fuss clip launch in stock Reason.

Sorry if someone has already come up with this idea, I didn't find it in my searches.

I do agree. I would love to see Kong boosted with a ton of new features, but you can pretty much do this with Dr. Octorex if you set your midi controller to toggle the channels.
