Option to record only one track at a time.

When stacking background tracks or recording where you're quickly making multiple takes on different tracks, I've made the mistake of arming one track without disarming the previous track.
A quick "one track only" button would save me from myself. It's simple, and easily avoidable but I've seen many people make this same mistake.
Recording one track at a time is now 90% of my work these days.

If you click on the track (to the left of the sequencer grid) instead of the arm button it should only arm that one track.
