Convert Automation to Floating Point Math (Universal Drag and Drop)

Have any feature requests? No promise they'll get to Reason Studios, but you can still discuss them here.

Please make automation curves function internally as unit interval (0, 1) floating point math, such that the curve drawn is interpreted as nearest values within the available parameter values on the current track.

This would allow the curve to be calculated/re-calculated to the nearest values on the destination track when the clip is dragged vertically in the sequencer.

In its current form, automation is divided up into discreet data sets that are built upon strict ranges of integers and are each incompatible with the others.
This forces users to recreate shapes on lanes with different ranges of value and generally slows down use of the app.

So you just want a clip conversion to the underlaying clip values? I agree. Very anyoing sometimes when moving clips around, to get similar values or behavior on different automations. Not a deal breaker, but anyoing to re-create them.
