Strum effect on Scales & Chords

I would like to be able to strum the signal from Players: "Scales & Chords"
Similar to the "Strummer" in RE AutoTheory

Adding the feature to Scales and Chords could work.

Alternatively, I'd like to see a standalone player device devoted to strumming, so you could get the same effect with normally-played chords.

Taking this idea further... What if there were a player devoted to time manipulation? It could have a chord mode that handled strumming, and the other part of it could be a replacement for the dusty old ReGroove mixer.

I want to put an LFO to the strumming for variation on time. Do you read this, PH?
