I would love to have a jpg display panel, a black blank panel where you can load a jpg, in 3 sizes please, just like adding a background to a combinator.

I'm assuming this is for referring to an image while you work (like production notes or a signal path diagram). That said, I'm not clear at all on the advantage to having an image stuck in the rack, when you could just load it up in a separate window (in your image viewer of choice). Using a separate app means you don't have to scroll to it in the rack, you can zoom it, easily flip between multiple files... Why would you want it in the rack?
