interface increase contrast option

The white interface with the gray buttons particularly on sequencer are very hard to look and focus, the past versions was better at this,

an option for the interface like the mac os "increase contrast" so its better on the eye would be nice,
maybe a dark theme too, when you work in low light its useful.

if you are using a mac... get f.lux this has made a world of difference for me.. i usually run my monitor around 4300k during the day with low light and 3800k at night.
