Reason 8 upgrade

I have 6.5 and will be upgrading to 8. Whatever, any ways my question is do I need to use my doggle if only using on one computer ( think I read that you don't ). When I unauthorized my last computer I also unauthorized my ignition key I think ugh. Appreciate any help thanks
