Yeah I second this. Big projects get really confusing, really fast! What I've taken to doing lately is creating ReMark's and making a sequencer track for them so they act as channel dividers in the arrange window as well as the rack. And I name them something like ---DRUMS--- (or whatever). Then if I alt+click the track size arrows to make everything narrow, I can very quickly navigate to certain parts of my mix and expand them as and when I need them. It's not perfect, and folders would be preferable but it's a good workaround!
