Opening plug-in window without showing the rack + Keep open by default

Please Reason Studios give me [Command]/[Control] + Click on sequencer plug-in icon
to open a plugin window without revealing the rack.

It would also be great if plug-in windows could have Keep Open activated by default.
Each time I have a plug-in window open and I reach a volume fader for ity bity adjustments
in the rack view, it closes. I'd rather close the window myself than reopen the plugin GUI
each time this happens, which strains the CPU.
