RX1200 Beatmaking Competition

I hope people will post their tracks here in the thread as well. Really want to see what people will come up with using this thing.

You can use only the samples included in the Factory Collection of the RX1200.

The sample folder is located in the RX1200 folder where you find the presets.

A thousand thank-you's! Everything is now clear enough that I can get rolling with my idea. No promises, but it looks and sounds like I just might have enough time to make it happen!!!

I guess I'll go first.
I had fun with this one. Kept things very raw mix wise.
The master volume is pretty low. But I just couldn't get the Mclass Maximizer to not ruin the sound when pushed. So this is the way it's gonna be. But there's always the volume knob.

Dropped this one in, had some serious fun playing with this. Track isn't all the way finished, but I'm off to the Download Festival down in Englandshire in the small hours, so I have to stop at this point.

Only samples allowed are the ones included with RX1200. No resampling.

I used samples from Reason Stock, swapped some samples, Orkester sounds, NN19... Am I disqualified??

I re-rendered the song, swapping the custom patch with an Original RX1200 patch...
The Song project is the same, Just need to swap the patch with Volume Pump, and pull the Main compressor Gain down a bit so it won't clip... ouch...

I love this track!
I like as all tracks untill now are all different genres, it highlights how flexible the
RX12000 sampler is; we definitely need more of these!

Managed to break off some time (everything happening at once, and a relative coming to terms with staqe 4 liver cancer). Everything is done by the book; I had some game music (from an unreleased/abandoned game project) floating around in my head, so I adapted it to the RX 1200. I think I'm in love with that beast! Every time I played with the thing (and there were *MANY* false starts due to interruptions) I learned even more that I could get that machine to do! It was simply fantastic! If only I had a normal life, I'm not sure if there's anything I couldn't get it to do - it's unbelievably versatile!!!

Ah, well. Here's my entry: Dune Buggy Ride. For good and all.
