Nice to see some freebies in there, such as the Orbis synth which I’ve already purchased (facepalm) But definitely a nice come up for those who don’t have it already. The paid deals are all kind of underwhelming though when compared to what the vst market has to offer for Black Friday. Will probably sit this year out unless there’s some crazy flash sale like when kHs ONE went for $9 for a day in 2016.

I was logged in so couldn't see the reductions for what i have but a lot of it seemed like money for old rope to me given the vst market.

Proton and Nostromo would get my money if i had any.

Khs The Works is quite cheap, but that are VSTs.

yep great price but im not interested in vst, just find them really messy with installs updates auths accounts etc etc, RE solves all this for me, there is really no vst i desire...so if you are looking in Khz, if you care, get your REs in the sale because im not buying your Vst and im not cross grading any of your REs either 😀

I can understand this, but I find the khs installation really good. No iLok bs. And Multipass is really good. I liked it, but i good it very cheap too and have all their RE :-D

it would still be another installation, another auth, another account with another company etc etc im not knocking it, im sure its a very simple process but its just not something I can be bothered with. Its a funny thing but all I really wanted extra with Reason was Khz One, and waiting for it to be on sale as a RE i have gathered up so much other REs its rediculous! still cant say I am not enjoying them all 😀

I still would like Parafilter to go on sale at some point... https://shop.propellerheads.com/rack-ex ... equencer2/
$ 89 is way more than I'd pay, but I'm somehow still intrigued!

I was hoping to see the Ozone Maximizer in this sale. :x But maybe it will appear in the next few days, who knows.

Anyway, I guess it's time to spend on a few things again.

Torn between purchasing:

Synapse RE Collection for 99 euros .
or
Mix & Mastering Rig 3 for 179 euros.

What would you go for if you HAD to choose one.

Synapse, but that's just me. Depends on what you need - synths & creative FX, or mastering FX :)

Yeah, depends on what you already have. The Synapse bundle is great, but it is very light on EQ and compression, for example.

BF deals galore this week. Lots of damaged bank accounts.

I set myself a simple rule... check out all the deals, then take a big long think about what I need ... then get one or two things.

End result... I bought ANA 2 synth from Sonic Academy for £49. Yes - I've already got a lot of synths. However... after trying the demo I found that ANA 2's Chord, Arp, G-env and Mod matrix just gives me something that I can't do (so easily) elsewhere. Yes... I can Arp and Chord and curve things over time using various REs... but it is much easier (and more creative) to use in a joined up way inside ANA 2 - plus ANA 2's oscillators are really sweet and compliment everything else I've got.

I am mentioning here as ANA 2 doesn't get a lot of love or attention - however for me it's a no-brainer at 50 odd pounds.
All my music created, produced and mastered in Reason 10
