As per the title, is there a section for this here on RT?
I’ve browsed through the Tutorials forum and searched generally for sound design, or “bass/pad sound design tutorial” etc just to see and not much specifically relating to this comes up.
I know there’s plenty of How To Use Reason, How To Approach Writing Music, Music Theory etc, but there’s not a lot specifically relating to sound design here. And I think that would be nice.
I ask because I’ve been on a bit of a sound design bender. I’ve been away from actively writing music for a good 10 years or more and so I’m deep diving a lot of stuff, but there’s a lot of shit out there so sifting through it is a ball ache. Collection of great sound design tutorials could be useful.
What I’ve been doing since I started back is documenting absolutely everything as I go – from theory, composition, mixing and sound design etc. So before I dump a list, and if that’s interesting to anyone, is there a sound design forum or sub forum I’m missing?

You are right. Currently no specific tutorial sub sites available.
If you have specific questions, just ask them in the tutorials sub forum.

Thanks, Loque. If there’s anything I can’t work out on my own I’ll drop a question in the forum for sure. But my point was more that maybe it would be worth starting something to save others the hassle of spending time hunting around for a good “How to…”
Having an organised collection in one place and one that perhaps the more advanced users here can sort of vet and say, actually, there’s a better, easier way to do that would be useful. I think.
I’m currently working through some stuff so I’ll post a collection of videos and findings when I’m done and maybe that will be useful to others.
BTW, Loque, that 303 combi of yours is ridiculously good. Looks like an insane amount of work went into that and it’s much appreciated.

You always can use a Internet search to find tutorials. That search is often better than the build in from this forum.
Glad you like the Combinator. Yea, the tweaking of the sound took a bit of time. It was just an experiment at the beginning. At some point I realized that the envelope cannot easily be recreated which is a big part of the sound. But it's still good and lots of fun
and yes, the graphics toll also a bit of time. It's conversions to create a layout in Reason - I hope they will improve something here...
