I want to give this a go and wondering if my reasoning is sound.

I have a dc coupled audio interface (Audient ID14 MkII)
I have a small eurorack setup
I can buy Robotic Bean CV-O rack extension

Given this, can I route the control voltages through CV-O to my Audient and send the dc coupled output to my rack
without having to buy an ExpertSleepers module?

Or is there a better way?

Many thanks,

Greg

I'm not sure how far you got with researching this, but check out the warning at the bottom of the page for the CV-O:

Not suitable for sending pitch CV signals due to different standards. To do this we recommend Silent Way Voice Controller.

One advantage with Silent Way one is you can use MIDI or CV to drive Pitch/Gate signals, making the setup "cable free"!
They suggest to test your system before you purchase (demo the RE), just to be sure it works as expected.

I don't have experience with either approach, but use my Novation SLmkIII to convert two voices to EuroRack CV.

Thanks! I'll check this out for sure. Appreciate it!
