If I understand your question, I think you are asking how to run audio (ie, a mic) through Objekt. Obviously the first step is to connect the audio input on the back. The next thing you need to do is set Objekt's "key mode" to MONO.

If you want that audio input signal to be a source trigger you can select "ExtTrigPos" as the source in Objekt's mod matrix. Send it to whatever destination you want. If these answers don't answer your question, try messing around with different sources in the mod matrix.
