hi i’ve made a song at 58 tempo

only it ain’t 58 tempo think it’s more like

116

but i can’t be botherd to change it all now its going good

i wanna sprinkle some dr october loops on it like sugar

but there obvs out of time

can you set the dr octo rex track tempo seperate from
the global tempo ? cheers

You could use the copy pattern to track from DrOcto and then stretch it to double its length (using ctrl+drag iirc). Or do the opposite and increase the tempo to 116 and shorten al other clips accordingly.

You could bounce the clip out to ReCycle, change the tempo in there and import it as a custom rex loop. Hi from 2012 btw.
If you were dead set on using that particular sample over and over in various projects that route actually might make sense.
