Reason Studios RE Polar only has the ability to delay in MS values. So I have created this chart and this MS Excel spreadsheet to help calculate the correct values.

Calculator looks like this. Just enter the BPM in the yellow box.

Nice - and don't forget even with the delay knob set to 0ms, Polar adds 53-54 ms with the default settings, or 37-38 ms or so if the algorithm is set to FAST mode. So be sure to factor these into your calculations… ;)

For Mac OS Users i recommend The Lyons' Den Delay Time Calculator. Released under GNU 3.0

Type/Tap your BPM.
Easy multipliers since it shows from 1 beat all the way to 1/128 beats and can show both ms and Hz.
