How do we add (let's say) an Handclap wav to the second beat?
It's always going to beat 1 when i drag it, at the beginning of the bar.
I cannot put it anywhere else?

Zoom in, change the grid resolution, move the clip to the desired spot.

Turn off snap or change the grid resolution in the sequencer window.
