Is the Reasonator in Algoritm, similar to that in Europa? I.e It's pretty much just a funny shaped EQ?

How does the 'width' part of the resonator work?

How different are the two resonators that from the 'Body' section is scream?

If you take the old classic RV-7 reverb, and set the size to zero and decay to zero, is that also basically a resonator then?

The Resonator is convolution based AFAIK, which means take the frequency signature from a source to a destination. You can get similar effects with a the RV7000MKII, but maybe the sound is a bit more "reverberated".

What Resonator in Europa are you meaning?

So is like an EQ that copies the frequency spectrum of another source?

Resonator 1, 2 and 3 in the Spectral Filter section

The Resonators are "just" filters (specific EQ curves), so they do not have the detail of a convolution based resonator.

Find here more info of convolution:

1) Similar, but not that much. A convolution-based EQ with a trail and decay, more like that of BV-512 vocoder.

2) I guess, it's a stereo width, between two slightly different resonator curves.

3) Scream has few resonator bodies and does not do reverb-like decays.

4) RV-7 has nothing similar. Size and decay of zero are the defaults of the preset environment emulations like hall and room, which you can adjust up and down. I think, you can get a resonator with specially crafted convolution samples in RV7000.

Don't know how it was realised in Algo or other devices. But its parts looking simple. Pitch/Decay/Width based on the some algorithms (may be equalisations).

But Resonator effect is more like a resonant filter, that include few resonators with variations of pitch/gain/filter/pan. Combinations of this is creating natural sounding resonated decays to the main signal, to sound with more natural acoustic way. Its how our "Reasonator" RE is work.
