Album Promition - how to do it ?

Hey Lads n Ladies, i have a question!

I have released my first commercial Album some time ago under the name "WhiteKrow" and i have no clue how to promote it. I created a Youtube video for one of the tracks and went to different Forums about Music and Production and left my advertisment posts (wich wasn't allways recived well)
It gave me some visitor spikes. Now, after 6 Days and 80 Views for my video, the clicks have eased up and new clicks became very rare. I thought of creating Stickers in order to spread it yround in my hometown, but im afraid this is illegal and i might get a fine :/...

Do you have any idea on how to cleverly promote my music ?

An idea might be to find DJs/streamers that mix/spin the genre you're releasing and try to get them to add your tracks to their mixes.
