Can anyone please let me know if there is a way of making a patch mono legato but still have other envelopes not legato?

I tried voice key ->gate 100% filter envelope ->gate and it didn't work. I tried midi key gate as well.

Legato may applied to voice gate and midi key. You could try sending an external gate into the mod matrix then route to trigger your envelopes.

MIDI Gate to Filter Env (and/or Mod Env) 100% does the trick here, IF I'm understanding you correctly.
