Synth sound in Thor or Europa?

Hi everyone, I’m very new to both synthesis, and using the Reason Software, but I had a question about replicating a specific synth sound sequence, in either Thor or Europa.

The synth part comes in, muffled, at around the 1:20 mark. Can someone please help me out?

The sound is always there. Just the filter opens and you can hear the sustain and higher frequency. I would start with a simple saw and see how close you get. The filter envelope should have decay only, maybe start with 50% filter envelope
