Refills not showing up?

I just got my first refill.
Sonic Refills vol20

If i click on the patch (from where it's downloaded on my PC), it opens up Reason alright and all of the sounds are loaded. I can then select them and play them.
But if i try to browser to them from within Reason and i select the file and click it (or double click it) it loads the patch but there's no sound associated with it? Kinda like empty.
Ex:
- MelloT Samples:
- Mellotron M400
- Mel Choir ----NOTHING

Looks like that if i browse thru a shortcut from desktop it doesn't work?

Samples might be getting filtered out of the list when browsing for instrument patches. Click the X in the orange bar at the top of the browser if you're wanting to browse for samples, or if you're looking for instrument patches, check the Instrument Patches folder.
