Is there a way to do this with reason devices?

Maybe you should give the other Players a try, like Chordbank, Delta MIDI Computer, and all the others. I think there is nothing you cannot do. And you can combine everything with CV tools too if you like.

I'm pretty sure it's doable, just can't figure out how. I just purchased enlightenspeed bundle recently, that comes with chordbank. Still, no luck. If I could only figure out what exactly is this(in the video) device doing, I would be able to experiment inside reason with all I got. Seems so easy, but I'm not getting the same result yet.

I hoped someone will notice the obvious behavior of this device that I'm missing.

I think it can be done with Note Echo.
Step Length = 0
Pitch = +1 (chromatic sequence)
Repeats = as many as needed

Then clear the notes not present in the chord.
Unfortunately, no velocity control.
