Pump RE as drum envelope

Don't know if anyone done this but you can use Pump as an envelope for drums and more fun stuff
Tweak knobs and push buttons on pump to experiment.
It's fun to use devices in other ways than intended.

Attached a small reason file with an example.

I also use Pump this way here and there. What i also like is to use it, to only duck some specific frequencys, therefore i route the CV Out of Pump (Pump has no audio connected) to a EQ gain.

I think that Sidechain ReAction can do that? Also good to use as an envelope

You are right, never checked that before, Sidechain ReAction has a Multiband ducker implemented. I have it, but most of the time i liked the Workflow of Pump better. But from now on i have to use Sidechain ReAction more often
