vhs , low fi , 80s
to get a sound I'm looking for
similar to that of phonec which I now sold as I prefer maia and thor and want to get my own vhs sound
any tips of how to get these sounds aby combinators to look at any tutorials
I found one ages ago with polar and the echo but ive since lost it
I know esselfortium could answer some stuff here .

not sure what's in your patch there, but you can try putting an Echo somewhere in the chain (not as a send effect), turning repeats to zero, the delay to 1 ms, and cranking the wobble setting to taste. Echo's got a great wobbly sound to it. you could also try adding some saturation from the drive section to warm it up even more.
