Guys, i just got a UR22mk2 from Steinberg and i can't record my vocals?

Can you refer me to a tutorial on this?
I don't know what i am doing wrong.

Mic is plugged into the interface.
UR22mk2 is plugged into the PC.
Gain is set to 2oclock (and i can make the thing peak if i want to).
Record audio track is selected on Reason (and if i press on record and start singing. It starts to record)
Tried with DX Line audio card driver and MME line (Steinberg UR22)
Oh yeah, i can hear myself on the headphones that are plugged into the Interface but not very loud tho. I need to turn the volume knob a little bit to actually hear my voice.

What am i missing?
Thanks

Does the mic need 48v phantom power switched on maybe?

I am not the biggest expert in recording, so i just guess...

Does your mic need extra power? Be carefull, because wrong settings can damage it... You probably hear yourself through the pass-through and not from the audio out.

You need to "arm" your audio track for recording, by clicking on the buttons on the track.

So let me get this right . When you press record you can hear yourself? You see a wave form on the screen? But when you playback nothing comes out ?

I think he is saying that the level of the recorded audio is really low.

I would check the audio control panel and make sure that the input levels are not turned down at the OS level.
