T&T Quick Tip Drum Seq Pattern Snap to Grid.

Question came up: "I would like to record pattern changes via automation. I want to record these changes live via controller/mouse whatever, essential to me. While automating this is possible, automatically snapping the recorded clip position to grid (16h, quarter, halfnote, bar) is not."
This is my solution to when recording pattern changes to get them to snap to as close as the beat as possible, this is not 100% perfect but close enough.
This will be good for a live situation as well.
