It's so close I can almost taste it... But there's a few things missing and I'm at a loss.
There are a few RE's at work here. The Cakewalk levelling amp, the EvE AT-4 and VE-3. I've used Europa for the tone generation and Scream 4's scream setting (which is balls on the tea trolly epic!). Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. I'm not overly concerned with the Riff itself, more the sound.

Ok, i tried a bit. I think the main important thing is the EQ and the basic waveform and ofc the final waveshaping with a limiter and some kind of distortion. This is what i came up with.
Thweak the quto EQ based on the note played here:
