Fritz, the ultimate snare reverb!

Brief history... Saw Fritz in the shop, sounded like I'd lose my life to it if I bought it. Watched a video tutorial by hydlyde, blew my mind bought Fritz.
I have been using Fritz as a reverb unit with extra features rather than the grain smearing to which it was probably intended. That said, putting this bad-boy on a snare can create some extremely interesting results! Rock the diffuse up to max, drop the delay down to 10ms, Scale, Spray, Feedback and dry/wet balance to taste, but the real magic happens when you start using the AM/Ring while tweaking the modulation frequency. Something you'll have to tune to get right with the pitch of the snare, but I have had nothing other than great results with this technique.
