Scales/Chords in midi editor

Hi;

I've been recently peeking over the Reaper fence to see and discover this program and see what it's about. One thing that was pretty damn incredible and awesome was their midi editor, and it's capabilities. Things that stood out:

- displaying note names on midi notes. Simple and yet so very useful!
- Ability to insert chords/scales/arps based on music theory

- Ability to print chords in a scale to build your song

Is any of this possible and achievable in Reason through the program itself or third party RE/VSTs?! Thank you for any info. I LOVE Reason, but let's admit it, the midi editor is pretty lacking these days.
