Hey guys im looking for a way to add a strum effect to scales & Schords similar to the strummer on the RE AutoTheory

I know that i could use Note Echo and use the Chords presets and put like 8-12 ms in step length but then its only one chord. I want the strum effect on the whole scale.

i'm using Scales & Chords and i want to add a strum effect to the chords.
Which is the best way to achieve this? Is it even possible?

Regards

I wish PH had added this feature right from the start and the lack of CV does the rest...

And it to track and do it manually, with the Toolbox or Groove mixer.

What is a strum, if not a quick one-shot arpeggio?
I haven't tried it, but I suspect there's a way to do this with Scales & Chords -> Dual Arpeggio. You might have to get good at playing notes that are just the right length so the arpeggio doesn't re-start, or draw an arp setting with lots of silence after the first ascending arp.

The Auto Theory RE does strumming...if you are able to wait, it has been on sale for a lower price at various times.

you could use dead man get layed with voltage, althought you grt just octave correction and you need further crisscrossing for final envelope gate shaping and presumabli zvork CB1-SH1 unit as well a Mopol...

Or check RP guitar synth, I had demoed it it's quite good, but it's VST only for now.

If you are in the right mood to download dead man voltage, zvorkcb1, Poseidon, Mopol and Euclid. Given you don't own all, here is my strummer patch made just for fun. Enjoy :)

You can alter the chord voicing by changing which hits are activated in the repeat section (the green dots). It's not very elegant, I have to admit, especially at slower strumming speeds.
