Which of these Mixer would you recommend & why?

As an Audio Engineer With Audio Recording(2track or Multitrack) in mind for any event, Which of these Mixer would you recommend & why?
- M32 Mixer By MIDAS(form Behringer)
- TF5 Mixer By Yamaha
- M32 Mixer By Behringer (Powered by Midas)
- QU 32 by Allen & Heath
As for me I want to go with the QU32 because of the Qu Drive USB stick recording(Multitrack on USB) how cool is that?
It also has 24 XLR OUTPUT(some channel can be used as Stereo out to create stereo image on stage)...
