I was informed that the video is kind of loud :p so please start with lower volume i have not experienced this but just thought it should be mentioned!

RE's needed

at the very least the Elements Filter ( could be replaced with an EQ i suppose)
Elements Distortion (could use scream or built in distortion from expanse)
Kiloheartz Filter ( or any of the Highpass filter options in expanse )
