How to make sidechain effect using the method fx send???

Hi people... i read multiple ways of make sidechain in reason... but how i make this effect using send fx ssl mixer? I was read something about it...and another question too... what is the best way for less consumition of cpu for make sidechain in reason 9???

You can do this with every fx, also my patch. The selig trick is usefull if you grab the duck amount from a detector like a compressor. That allows you to feed the duck trigger from sevetal sources.
