What is the formula of this sweet synth sound? Anyone knows how to create this?
Sounds like a lot of portamento or lagged envelopes, but with which waveform/s I start?

Sawtooth, a lot of res and a fast envelope on the filter. Single oscillator. later on they turn off the glide and you can hear the envelope better..It's layered with filtered pad sound, probably using sawtooth waves as well.
