How do I make a synth sound like this (youtube clip)?
It starts at 0:25 and repeats every 4 measures throughout the song.
I believe I know the elements, a resonant filter driven by an LFO, a delay, a reverb, but I never managed to get anything close to the original.
Need help with one synth sound

That is all in the Filter Mod - unless he was cheating and started with a vocal sample (which I think is what he did).
To get your own version try making a gibberish (or backwards) vocal snippet and then filter it. Chopping and rearranging may add coolth too. For how to get a filter to "talk" see the I Am Thor patch in the FSB.
Cool track.

I would suggest try also the Formant Filter in Thor, probabilly in combination with another filter that is modulated.

I would argue that wah-wah effect is done without any formant filter.
Another thing concerning me is that 'spatial' feeling of the sound.
