Use a question similar to your actual question from the list of FAQs you can choose from, then be really polite and ask your actual question. Always thank them for their time, it goes a long way if you're reading messages for a considerable amount of time.
You can use this trick to get faster service from public utility companies also by using the phone number for new customers and then asking for help with your existing account (including asking to close it).
