I found this website with video instructions for each drum technique. https://www.40drumrudiments.com/
And I found this site with the sheet music and downloadable MIDI file of all 40 rudiments. https://musescore.com/user/13430851/scores/4759546

I'm going to chop them up into 40 different files, sorted by name.

Thats a really cool idea. Would be great to copy&paste them through the different sequencer RE so it could be saved inside patches.

All in due time, I suppose. :)

This little project is way back on a backburner right now. I'm just sharing it here because I've been looking for a MIDI file with the rudiments and I finally found one. I even saw a post on KVR from years ago where they were looking for the same thing, and everybody was coming up empty handed. There is a link on there selling these MIDI files for 10 GBPs!

The videos on that first website show you a very detailed breakdown of each rudiment. And the videos on that first website are free. In fact, I think everything on that website is free. Should be a helpful resource for you.

If you liked that one then you will definitely enjoy this one

http://www.musicez.com/midi%20rhythm%20patterns.html

It's a nice collection of drum patterns all in midi with 2 version, single track that can be used for groove stealing and multi track so you don't need to explode the pattern.

Enjoy
