volume change only on specific notes in Europa

Forgive me if this is incredibly simple or has been posted (I searched a few phrases but didn't find it).

I came up with a cool patch in Europa but the I want to achieve (without using velocity) a scalable volume based on note value (ie: for keys E3-G8 the volume will be 75%).

I have been trying to mess around in the mod matrix with the "key in octave" as scaler but I don't understand enough I guess.

Anyone know a good solution to this type of issue?
