Vocal chopping effect with slices?

Hi people... how i can make tipical vocal chop like tracks like armin van buuren... o vocal effect present in trance tracks??
I can extract parts of audio vocal and converts in midi data slices and using in dr octo rex right??

Your way works.
I prefer to chop manually in an external editor and then load the individual samples into Kong.
