I have not tried any of these, but posting here for others to see:

Spectral Plugins has ceased company operations and now all their plugins (Spacer, Pancz and OCS-45) are available for free downloading to all users.

After careful consideration and deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to cease our company operations. This decision was not made lightly, but we believe it is the best course of action for the future of our organization.

However, we are pleased to announce that we will be making our software available for free downloading to our loyal clients and users. We understand the impact that our tools and products have had on your operations, and we want to ensure that you continue to have access to them even after our closure.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of our clients for your support, feedback, and loyalty over the years. It has been an honor serving you, and we are proud of the accomplishments we have achieved together.

I don't think I have ever seen these. Reviewing for Higher Hz for a year or so it felt like I saw almost everything. These...

It is sad to see small, indi Devs fail. But this is the world that people seem to want. WAD can peddle meh and get accolade, others can sell absolute BS and get accolade but being small, makes people assume you are irrelevant and therefore everything ceases. No wonder there is no horizon stuff in DAWville.

I agree with your general sentiment here but have to say, I've had too many experiences of buying boutique plugins which I love and incorporate into my workflow and come to rely on, but then they become abandonware when that small boutique dev goes under. I know that theoretically nobody's safe forever, but it just seems to make more sense to buy plugins from larger companies that offer a bit of longevity

I bought Spacer quite awhile back. It is pretty decent. I absolutely love the random settings on the whole plugin as well as each panel. Sorry to see the folks who made these plugins come up on hard times.
