They also cut a few features like shaper, delay, MB compressor. Maybe it is good to reduce complexity, maybe not...

I don't understand why they feel the need to slap the NI brand onto iZotope. You can acquire brands, but they can in fact remain separate. iZotope is a well known brand. I actually held it in higher regard than NI.

Does it have to be "iZotope by Native Instruments"?

And what does that mean now for Exponential Audio reverbs?
Is it now "Exponential Audio an iZotope Company by Native Instruments"?

I tried to login to my iZotope account. It failed. I closed the tab, went to iZotope.com again and found I was now logged in. Quality.

I think NI will step by step unify all its sub brands into additions to Komplete/Native Access so they don't have to support additional deployment and authentication systems for eternity. Merging of the different accounts into a/the NI account will also be step in this process.

Funny I thought izotope would do that with Exponential Audio. But even after the latest updates (and discontinuation of some Exponential plugins) those still use their own authorization and separate installer (not available in the izotope product portal). So would be great if they fix that if they merge it all.

Login is now working for me. I opted for downloading the free lite version instead of upgrading for $30. I haven't touched Trash2 in a while and still have that to play with...

If anyone tries installing the iPad version, free or paid, and it's not showing up then restarting the iPad should make it work. I've not had that problem with any other AUV3 on iPad.

Make the 808 go brr, I can use Pulveriser or Scream 4 for that...

Decided to test this and I can confirm It's twitchy but Lite version still works in R12 running Catalina.
If I wasn't so skint I'd just but the upgrade to test it. It's not like I won't use it one day.
Edit* My mate says Lite works ok but full doesn't. Which is funny because iZotope say to test the lite first to see if it works on your system!

Uninspiring, when compared to the previous Trash 2 (which isn't native on Apple Silicon, unfortunately).
