Excellent! Crisp and punchy

I'm getting a nice little collection of Softube VSTs that have cost me either nothing or next to nothing:

Dirty Tape
Saturation Knob
Summit Audio Grand Channel
Tape
Tape Echoes
Transient Shaper
VCA Compressor
Model 82 synth

What's your impression of their transient shaper? -compared to others?

So first try, Synapse smachs the VCA, when I turn settings close to each other, Synapse sounds more musical and produces lower heights compared with the softube, the multicomp is more on par with the Re-160 model. For free it´s okay, but for xx money it´s totaly overpriced ;)

I like it a lot - the dual band processing is genuinely useful, and it's fast to work with. You can spend ages fiddling with transient shapers, but with this one I seem to find the sweet spot very quickly. It can get a lot more aggressive than the Kilohearts one
