Patches for Roland Cloud VST

I realize I'm a beginner, so forgive me for possible stupid quistions. I have installed Roland Cloud, but I can't get the patches to work porperly. I have installed for instance the Juno 106 instrument, and some patches and some smaple packs. But after installation I can only play the Init patch in Reason (ver 12.7).
Any ideas?
