I have not done side by side comparisons, and TBH it’s been a few years since I even touched a real Pultec. But in general I’ve been extremely happy with all of UADs emulations. Like many emulations, there is a point where the device “works like” the originals and allows you to do the same ‘tricks’ with it as with the originals.
So, I can apply the “if it walks like a duck” etc. “it must be a duck” principle here! .
