Reason 12 VST3 Ram Usage

Sorry for my bad English in advance

Guys, did anyone notice how VST3 versions of plugins (even those with small CPU or ram requirements) shrink your Ram? E.G. Clean instance of R12 consumes about 600+ mb, when I load vst3 version of OTT ram usage instantly becomes 1.2 gb +

Vst2 version of OTT doesn't even make a difference

No matter what plugin I use result is the same. Is this some kind of bug?

Other DAWs like Reaper working like a charm in this case, if you minding
