I think you can get pretty close with the positive grid VST.

You better look for Hendrix fingers and brain VST emulation. That would work.
By the way Hendrix was using plain Strat, Marshall and wah-wah pedal - nothing fancy.

Yes nothing fancy, but getting that hendrix sound with VIs can get fancy quickly xD
