It's certainly cheap but pretty crap.
And even with that offer it is infinitely more expensive than the lowest tier of Vital: https://vital.audio/

I dunno how anyone makes any money out of soft synths these days!

Yes, it is pretty basic, but might be useful for some. Anyway, not a huge price with the discount.
