Sonic Charge Silicon updates

All the Sonic Charge devices have been updated to support Apple Native Silicon, including Synplant and Bitspeek.

It's my understanding that if the host is running native M1, the plugins will run native M1. If the host is running Intel, the plugins will load and run Intel. I think until Reason gets M1 support, all the plugins are still going to load Intel.
